At VIRA, we want your shopping experience to be seamless. Please take a moment to read through our order, return, and shipping policies before completing your purchase.


Order Processing

  • Orders take up to 24 hours to process, subject to product availability and payment verification.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please double-check your details before checkout.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after purchase. If it doesn’t appear in your inbox, kindly check your spam/junk folder.


Returns & Exchanges

  • For non-sale items:

    • You may request an exchange (different size) or a store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

    • Store credits are valid for 3 months and cannot be extended once expired.

    • Refunds are not provided.

  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, returns must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be in the same condition as shipped: unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in saleable condition.

  • Tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • Items must not show signs of wear: no stains, odour, perfume, scratches, or damage.

  • If purchased as a set, the complete set must be returned.

  • Products altered outside of vendor defects will not be accepted.

  • Returns not meeting these conditions will be declined.


Cancellations & Refunds

  • In rare cases, an item may go out of stock even after purchase. If so, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method (allow 5–10 business days to reflect) or by check to your shipping address.

  • All orders are subject to review by our security team and may be cancelled at VIRA’s discretion.


Shipping

Domestic (India)

  • Standard delivery: 10–15 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

International

  • We ship worldwide. Delivery times, duties, and fees vary by location.

  • Please check with your local customs office for estimated costs, or view the calculation at checkout.

Pre-Orders

  • Items marked as Pre-order will ship once they arrive at our facility.

  • Pre-orders are charged at checkout and cannot be modified or cancelled.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Once delivery is confirmed via tracking, VIRA is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

  • Risk of loss passes to the courier at the time of shipment.


Final Sale Items

  • All sales and promotional purchases are final.

  • VIRA reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue markdowns at any time without notice.

  • Price adjustments are not available for items purchased before markdowns.
